Grant has extensive experience in delivering Consultancy and facilitated Training services to a diverse range of Aviation clients, including Aerodromes, Maintenance and Production Organisations, as well as working with other allied safety critical industries such as Rail, Oil & Gas, Medical and Energy suppliers.
A keen advocate of a fully Integrated Management approach, Grant passionately believes in the ability of organisations to streamline and continuously improve their processes. He provides pragmatic, workable solutions to current organisational challenges, through existing management structures and leading industry practice. With years of demonstrable change management leadership, Grant uses Quality, Error and Risk Management systems to ensure Senior Leadership teams can achieve their organisational goals.
Grant also holds an EASA Part 66B1/C Maintenance Licence and PPL(A) Pilots Licence. He is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and assisted the Non-Corporate Membership Committee as the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer representative; he is a registered Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council and has experience working with industry accreditation bodies in the development of NVQ’s & Technical Certificates for the Aerospace Industry and has delivered key note speeches on Safety and Error Management systems.
In his spare time Grant is an artist exhibiting and delivering to a wide range of global clients, avid cyclist and enjoys hill walking.
