Our Mission

Working alongside our clients to deliver high quality services that meet and exceed expectations, we aim to be their single point provider of regulatory compliance and staff Professional Development needs

With an emphasis on providing practical cost-efficient services, FP Management Systems understand the challenge that clients have in navigating and meeting regulatory compliance.

Run by its 2 Directors, Grant Findlay and Allan Price both have a combined exposure of over 60 years’ practical experience.  Their experience ranges from maintenance and overhaul within the military and civilian aviation sectors and with a diverse range of clients.  Their recent consultancy roles have covered Aircraft Design, Manufacture, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and Operations as well as working within other safety critical industries.

Their experience of working at both operational and managerial levels, combined with professional teaching qualifications, allows them to deliver training and support services in a fresh, clear, pragmatic manner that will enable you to navigate your regulatory obligations and practically  apply them within your organisation.

The course allowed me to look at the broader context of my role and how it fits in the aviation management system as well as helped me to understand the general auditing techniques that can be implemented in different types of audits throughout various industries. It also highlighted the benefits and importance of audit planning and provided very useful techniques on how to deal with auditees.

Regulation Essentials for staff

I wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for the great insight you provided during the audit and investigation training. I have used the philosophies and insights, especially into EASA regulations and compliance methods, to help us navigate many challenging situations.  Most notably we have provided a satisfactory response to EASA for the audit we had, and they have closed the findings.  Additionally, our EASA auditor is from Italy and found it quite funny that we use the “MARIO” acronym to address our processes for compliance and robustness.
